Dunellen HarvestFest 2026 Vendor Registration
The 14th Annual Dunellen HarvestFest, hosted by the Dunellen Downtown Management Organization, will take place on Sunday, October 11, 2026, in downtown Dunellen.
HarvestFest is one of Dunellen’s signature community events, featuring local crafters, artists, businesses, food vendors, community organizations, live entertainment, and family fun throughout the day.
Vendor registration is now open, and we are excited to welcome returning and new participants. Please note that this event continues to focus primarily on crafters and local organizations/businesses. Non-craft and non-food vendors must have a physical business location within five miles of Washington Park.
This is a rain or shine event.
Vendor Categories & Fees
Merchandise / Craft / Art / Display Vendors
- One 10’ x 10’ space: $45
- Early Bird Rate: $35 if registered by July 1, 2026
Food Vendors
- Up to 10’ x 20’ space: $200
- Early Bird Rate: $175 if registered by July 1, 2026
- Exclusivity of food items will be granted to the first paid vendor offering that item.
Dunellen-Based Non-Profit Organizations
- Complimentary 10’ x 10’ space (space permitting)
Important Information
- Vendors must provide their own tents, tables, chairs, and setup materials.
- Proper permits, licenses, and fire extinguishers (if applicable) are the responsibility of the vendor.
- Spaces are limited and will be assigned upon approval and payment.
- Registration fees are non-refundable.
- Event will be held rain or shine.
