Adult Pickleball:Whether you are new to the sport or experienced, come solo or grab a friend or two and join us for open play time at the Dunellen High School (DHS) gym.The courts will be open from 7:30-9:30 PM on Tuesdays and Wednesdays between November 19 and March 19. Play will be on a first come, first served basis. Players should bring their own paddle and ball. The DHS gym is accessible from the exterior stairway in the rear of the high school building, which can be reached from Dunellen Avenue. Pickleball will not be held on 11/27, 12/24 and 12/25.Pre-registration is required. Registration is $0 for Dunellen residents but registration is required. $15 for non-residents. Space is limited. If dates are cancelled due to inclement weather or other reasons, registration fees will not be pro-rated nor refunded. Recreation Commissioner Elena Buccino will be on site overseeing the program. Winter Flag Football League 2024-2025 - Winter Flag Football for Grades 4-8
Register now for the Winter Flag Football League for grades 4-8!
Come out and learn the basics of flag football in a fun and competitive environment. Skills to be taught include throwing, catching, agility, offensive strategies & defensive techniques. Each 90 minute session will be run by Dunellen HS football coaches, current and former players from the Dunellen Destroyers football team and parent volunteers. This is an outdoor recreation sport so proper attire is required for participation. Players should dress for the cold weather (no scarves) and wear gloves that can handle a football and sneakers or cleats. Sessions may be cancelled due to inclement weather; registration fees will not be prorated or refunded due to missed sessions.Both residents and non-residents are encouraged to register. This league is a great opportunity for players from all over to enjoy playing football!

Adult Pickleball - Adult Pickleball | November 2023-March 2024 session
Adult Pickleball:Whether you are new to the sport or experienced, come solo or grab a friend or two and join us for open play time at the Dunellen High School (DHS) gym.The courts will be open from 7:30-9:30 PM on Tuesdays and Wednesdays between November 19 and March 19. Play will be on a first come, first served basis. Players should bring their own paddle and ball. The DHS gym is accessible from the exterior stairway in the rear of the high school building, which can be reached from Dunellen Avenue. Pickleball will not be held on 11/27, 12/24 and 12/25.Pre-registration is required. Registration is $0 for Dunellen residents but registration is required. $15 for non-residents. Space is limited. If dates are cancelled due to inclement weather or other reasons, registration fees will not be pro-rated nor refunded. Recreation Commissioner Elena Buccino will be on site overseeing the program. Winter Flag Football League 2024-2025 - Winter Flag Football for Grades 4-8
Register now for the Winter Flag Football League for grades 4-8!
Come out and learn the basics of flag football in a fun and competitive environment. Skills to be taught include throwing, catching, agility, offensive strategies & defensive techniques. Each 90 minute session will be run by Dunellen HS football coaches, current and former players from the Dunellen Destroyers football team and parent volunteers. This is an outdoor recreation sport so proper attire is required for participation. Players should dress for the cold weather (no scarves) and wear gloves that can handle a football and sneakers or cleats. Sessions may be cancelled due to inclement weather; registration fees will not be prorated or refunded due to missed sessions.Both residents and non-residents are encouraged to register.
