This class is open to students of all fitness levels. Dana’s hopes for her students are to help them destress and relax through guided movement, postures and breathing exercises. Dana has been a certified yoga instructor since 2015 and has been teaching yoga in North Plainfield and Dunellen ever since. Class size is limited so register early! Registration deadline is 3/28. During this five-week program, players will develop tennis skills such as strategy and tactics, athleticism, technique, mental/emotional game, and character.
